Ingredients
1. Basmati Rice
2. Big Onion - Chopped
3. Green Chilli
4. Ginger Garlic Paste
5. Turmeric Powder
6. Coriander Powder
7. Red Chilli Powder
8. Salt
9. Sugar
10. Cashewnut - This should be already fried and kept ready. Use
ghee for frying.
How to Make?
1. Keep the pressure cooker on the stove. Flames at low.
2. Pour some water and one tea spoon sugar. Stir till sugar gets
caramalised.
Means till gets the brown color.
3. Add the chopped onion . Stir and add some salt, till the onion
gets fried.
4. Now add ginger garlic paste.
5. Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder
and stir the mix very well.
6. Once everything is fried and cooked well. add enough water onto
the pressure cooker .
Water should be enough to cook the rice.
7. Now, add the rice and close the pressure cooker. Don't forget
to keep the weight.
8. Wait for 4 or 5 whistles and your pulav is ready.
What will go with this?
1. Boiled Egg - Boil water and then add eggs into it. Let it now
boil for next 10 minutes.
Once the egg is boiled. Remove the shell and cut it into two
halves.
2. Raita - Take curd. Add salt, green chilli, cucumber, tomato,
shallots, grated ginger, cut curry leaves to it and mix it well in a mixer.
