Dosa - Crispy Pancake with Chutney

Dosa and Coconut chutney is a rocking combination when served hot and fresh as break fast.Let's see how to make that happen;



Dosa
Ingredients

1.Rice Powder - 3 cups
2.Split Black Gram (Urad Dal) - 1 cup
3.Salt
4.Fenugreek seeds powder (Uluva) - 2 pinch

How to make?

1. Soak rice and urad dal separately for 6 hours. Leave it over night.
2. After that, grind them separately.
3. Now, mix them well and add salt and fenugreek seeds powder.
4. Keep the mix for another 4 - 5 hours or leave it over night for fermenting.
5. Once the batter is fermented, spread the batter evenly on a dosa pan. 
8. Once you notice that the bottom side has turned enough brownish , turn it over.
9. Take out the dosa carefully once both sides are cooked well.


Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

1.Grated Coconut
2.Salt
3.Ginger (finely chopped)
4.Garlic (finely chopped)
6. Green Chilly
7. Curry Leaf
8. Cooking Oil
9. Dried red chilli

How to make?

1.Just mix all the  ingredients  from 1- 6 in a mixer :) Don't forget to add enough water.
2. Once it is mixed and made in the form of paste , you need to do tempering.
3. For that, heat cooking oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaf and dried red chilli.
4. Now pour the above mix into the chutney paste. Mix it well.
5. Chutney is ready.



So simple !!! Delicious breakfast is ready!
