Puthina Chutney - Mint Chutney

I love chutneys and has tasted various kinds of chutneys like coconut chutney, tomato chutney, coriander chutney, etc; while growing up. However, discovered Mint chutney while I was in Hyderabad owing to the various kinds of kebabs and tikkas they serve.  I used to like it so much that , more than kebab i used to have the chutney. Here is the recipe for mint chutney. You can have it with kebabs/tikkas/biriyani.


Ingredients

1. Mint Leaves
2. Coriander Leaves
3. Garlic
4. Green Chilly
5. Salt
6. Grated Coconut
7. Curd

How to Make?

1. Grind Mint Leaves,  Coriander Leaves,  Garlic, Green Chilly , Salt and Grated Coconut together.
2. Add curd to the above mixture.
