Here is a quick snack to enjoy during this Monsoon season ! This is so similar to banana fritters, but I would say this is a cuter version :)

- Ripe Plantain - 1 , cut into circular shapes.
- Rice Flour- 1 Cup
- Corn Flour - Half Cup
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp.
- Cooking Oil for frying
How to Make ?
- Mix ingredients # 2 till #4 along with water to a smooth consistency.
- Coat banana pieces with this batter
- Drop banana one by one to a boiling oil
- Take out , once it turns golden brown in colour.
Ready to be served with a hot chai!
